Student Experience

Our educational program is designed to develop a well-rounded young man of character through daily and ongoing opportunities to learn and grow in and out of the classroom. Your son will learn to take ownership of his education and shape his experience at Trinity Arch Prep based on his needs and interests. As a small school community, the boys will be at the center of our school traditions, practices, decisions, and direction.

The Hybrid School Week

The Hybrid School Week. Hybrid is defined as a flexible school week, where learning takes place on the school campus, at home, and in the field with our expeditions. Here is a sample school week schedule.

Monday on campus, (9:00am – 4:00pm)

Tuesday on campus, (9:00am – 4:00pm)

Wednesday on campus, ((9:00am – 2:00pm) Athletic Team Practice and Games (2:00pm – 5:00pm)

Thursday on-campus (9:00am – 4:00pm)

Friday Optional in-school day rotating with Expeditions every other Friday.

On Campus Days (School will start at 9:00am and end at 4:00pm). Typical On Campus School Day Schedule

8:30  – 9:00 AM Morning Athletics/Sports Practice

9:00 –  9:20  AM Morning Convocation

9:30 – 10:30 AM Academic Study (Math)

10:35 -11:35 AM Academic Study (History or Science)

11:40 -12:30  PM Tutorials individualized to student needs

12:30 – 1:15 Lunch and Chess

1:15 – 2:00 PM Socratic Seminar/Compass Points

2:OO – 3:00PM Physical Education/Sports Practic

3:00 – 3:30PM Independent Study

3:30 – 3:50PM Afternoon Reflection and Prayer

Every Week

Monday-Tuesday Preparatory Learning: emphasis on mastery-based learning focused on preparing for the bi-monthly Expedition, reflective learning through personal development, and character curriculum.

Wednesday – Chapel Service/Exploring/Co-curriculars

Thursday-Friday Project Learning: emphasis on active, experiential inquiry learning and completion of workstream for Enterprise Projects and bi-monthly Expeditions.
