Admissions, Tuition, and Tuition Support

We realize that choosing a school is a family decision. We are now accepting applications for enrollment in the Fall of 2023.

The Fall Term starts on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. The applicant must be male and at least ten years old as of September 5, 2023 and no older than 14. Our admissions decisions are need-blind, meaning students are admitted regardless of family income. Trinity Arch Prep is a faith-based school with a Christian ethos. Families of all faiths are encouraged to apply.

Our admissions process has three steps.

  1. Submit an admissions inquiry here.
  2. The family will be contacted for a tour of the school site and an interview with your son and together with his family.
  3. The family will be notified of the admission decision by email shortly after the interview.

If accepted for admission, a non-refundable deposit is required to save your son’s seat for admission in Fall 2023.

Tuition, Fees, and Financial Aid

The tuition for 2023-24 is $15,000.

We offer three tiers of tuition based on our flexible scheduling model.

The Trinity Arch Prep Hybrid model (3 day and 2 day) may work best for families that need and want the flexibility for the family option to teach and learn from home. . The Core experience of a school community and learning together will be accessible to all students on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Wednesdays are scheduled for weekly, all-school Chapel and co-curricular activities such as music, art and the design and technology program. We will develop a weekly learning plan for all students, which will be a specific to the needs of the student and will take into consideration a learning from home plan.

We honor and recognize the sacrifice families make for private school education. We also want to ensure that Trinity Arch Prep is a socially and economically diverse school community. Considering the family’s income and access to other resources, we will provide assistance in finding scholarships, such as the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts.

How to Access the ESAs / the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts

This program, administered by the Arizona Department of Education, puts the power of school choice in the hands of all Arizona families, allowing families to choose the best option that fits the needs of their children. The ESAs can only be used for educational services and tuition at private schools. For each child, families will have access to $7000 (or more) for qualified students for the upcoming school year.

As part of the admissions process with admitted students, we will work with the family to ensure access to ESA funding. Details about the program can be found at the Arizona Department of Education. Trinity Arch Preparatory School for Boys is a qualified vendor of the Arizona ESA program.
